Kimaty Diamonds – £2,000 Diamond Ring Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is organised and promoted by Kimaty Diamonds ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees of Kimaty Diamonds, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

  • By entering this giveaway, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a diamond ring with a retail value of £2,000.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

  • Kimaty Diamonds reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances require.

4. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the published closing date.

  • The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided when entering.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the initial notification, Kimaty Diamonds reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. Prize Fulfilment

  • The winner must attend the Kimaty Diamonds store in person within 14 calendar days of being notified that they have won.

  • Valid photographic identification may be requested before the prize is awarded.

  • The ring will be made to order. Estimated production time is 4 weeks after design is selected

6. Filming & Promotional Content

  • Acceptance of the prize is conditional upon the winner attending an in-store appointment and participating in reasonable photography and video recording of the prize collection and fulfilment process.

  • The winner agrees that Kimaty Diamonds may use the resulting photographs, video footage, name, likeness and voice for promotional, advertising, marketing, website and social media purposes without additional payment or compensation.

  • By accepting the prize, the winner grants Kimaty Diamonds a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use this content for promotional purposes.

7. Failure to Claim

  • If the winner fails to attend the store within 14 calendar days of notification, declines to participate in the required filming, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the prize will be deemed forfeited.

  • In such circumstances, Kimaty Diamonds reserves the right to withdraw the prize from that winner and select another eligible winner.

8. General

  • Kimaty Diamonds reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

  • Any fraudulent, incomplete or misleading entries may be disqualified.

  • Kimaty Diamonds reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  • The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of the giveaway is final.

9. Data Protection

Personal information will be processed solely for the administration of this giveaway and in accordance with the Kimaty Diamonds Privacy Policy, except where the winner has agreed to promotional use as set out in these Terms & Conditions.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform on which it is promoted.

  • By entering this giveaway, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Kimaty Diamonds and not to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform.

  • Participants fully release Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and any other social media platform from any liability or responsibility relating to this promotion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
